Brief History

LDS Inc purchased the dealership in 2004, since then we have been working towards providing excellent service to the dairy industry. We have grown from a small dealer to the largest dealer in the USA for BouMatic. We believe this is due to our focus on service, trained and knowledgable staff and finding solutions on the dairies we serve. We have had the great fortune to hire people who are passionate about the dairy industry, our customers and learning. This ongoing passion is the culture we bring to our work every day, and to the dairies we serve.

Our team believes service can be provided only with a solid focus on quality and knowledge. In order to provide this to our customers, LDS focuses on systems and training for all members of our team. We constantly look for systems we can utilize to bring value, structure and quality to the work we do. This includes software, hardware, tools, and testing equipment. LDS has teamed with local technical colleges for training in trade skills, customer service skills and leadership training. We train with BouMatic on dairy equipment and bring in veterinarians and other peer professionals to train in specific areas of the dairy industry.
